MISSING OR DAMAGE PRODUCTS (RMA)
If any item is damaged or missing from your shipment, you must notify within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will make every effort to replace the missing or damaged item with the same item or one of equal or more value.
If you arrive any broken or damaged products, please provide photo proof at OUR SERVICE RMA.
After we have received the photos, we will arrange for replacement products.
If product damaged by improper use or wrong operate. The company did not respond. Please before use read manual or instruction.
INCORRECT PRODUCTS (RMA)
If you received a product you didn’t make the order. Please do not open product or must be in original packing report within 48 hours. We will pay for shipping
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS (RMA)
Test run your product function before sell if non-functioning please contact us.
We will provide a replacement for returns of defective products like manufacture defect or dead on arrival within 30 days of your receipt of the shipment. Return product must be in original packing with all accessories. We are not liable for lost or damaged during return shipment.
Once we received your returned product we will inspect and issue replacement or store credit.
If opened your product must be thoroughly cleaned. If the unit is not thoroughly cleaned, your return will be refused. NO EXCEPTIONS.
After 30 days. We will not accept any returns for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
RETURNED PRODUCT WITHIN 7 DAYS (RMA)
All products purchased from Hibro WHOLESALE. The product must be in its original unopened packaging. We will exchange products for another products or refund process. There will be 15% restocking fee. You must be responsible for shipping cost.
You should expect a refund within a week at original payment terms.
